Car Rental

To book a car rental, simply enter your desired start and end dates at the top of our website. Once you’ve selected your dates, you’ll be shown a list of available cars that match your rental period. From there, choose the vehicle that best suits your needs and proceed with the booking.

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, up-to-date driver’s license. Make sure your license is accepted in the country of rental, as it is required to complete your booking and pick up your car.

You can pick up or return your rental car at either Zeus Guesthouse or the SJO Airport, whichever is most convenient for you.

Yes, a security deposit of $500 is required. You can pay it in cash (USD) or through our PayPal payment processor. You don’t need a PayPal account—our processor also accepts Apple Pay, debit, and credit cards for your convenience.

Yes, all of our vehicles come with full coverage insurance. This includes collision damage waiver, third-party liability, tire and window protection, vehicle theft coverage, and roadside assistance, so you can drive with peace of mind.

Check-in is available anytime after 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be possible depending on the availability of your room and the check-out times of other guests. If your room isn’t ready yet, you’re welcome to relax in our pool area or lobby.

Check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).

Yes! We provide a free airport shuttle to and from SJO Airport. Please share your flight details with us so we can track your arrival. Our staff will be waiting outside the arrivals area in front of the Malinche Restaurant, holding a sign with your name.

Yes! You can make a reservation directly by contacting us via WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to assist you and ensure your booking is smooth and easy.

Yes! All of our airport shuttles are completely free. The rate you pay at our guesthouse already includes this service, so you don’t need to pay anything extra.

Yes! All of our guests have access to our private pool. Please note that children must be supervised by an adult at all times, as Zeus Guesthouse is not responsible for any accidents.

There are several great restaurants in the area, including local traditional cuisine and Italian options. While some are a short drive away, we’re happy to provide free transportation to help you get there. Once you arrive, we can also recommend our favorite spots. If you prefer, food delivery through Uber Eats works very well too.

We accept cash payments in USD or Costa Rican Colones. If you choose to pay with a debit or credit card, a 5% processing fee will be added to the total rate.Description
